Online Payment Mechanism
- Students/Parents can use online payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.
- Your payment will normally reach the School’s bank account within two working days.
- The school cannot accept liability if a payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier or bank for any reason.
- If the card supplier or bank declined payment, the School is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You must check with your bank that the deduction has been made.
Limitation of Liability
- The School will not be responsible for any loss, damages, or claims arising from incorrect details provided by you.
- In no event will the School or its payment gateway service providers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the payment site.
Privacy Policy & Data Use
- We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- General: All fees paid are non-refundable.
- Duplicate Payments: If a payment is deducted twice for a single fee installment, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days, subject to payment gateway charges.
- CBSE/Transfer Cases: In case a student leaves the school due to the transfer of parents, health reasons, or unfortunate demise, a prorated return of fees will be made as per CBSE guidelines.
